Shrink Pack is a machine that produce nylon packaging. When our packages are in bottles, we need to put them in a larger package. This larger package can be a carton or a nylon package. As we said, Shrink Pack makes these nylon packs. The nylon roll is mounted on the machine. Production line transfer the products to the conveyor. The machine pulls the nylon around bottles. The bottles go into the thermal tunnel. Heat tightens the nylon around the bottles. There are two widely used types of these machines. They are Full Automatic and Semi-Automatic Shrink Pack. Amin Machine designs and manufactures both of them.
The full automatic shrink pack does not require human labor. we attach the conveyor of machine to the end of the packing line. This will transfer the bottles to shrink pack after filling, capping and labeling. The machine puts them in a proper grouping (for example, in three rows of four to have a dozen). Then it pulls the nylon around bottles. After this step, it directs them into the thermal tunnel. At the end of the work, the bottles come out in packages.
The Semi-Automatic Shrink Pack is very similar to a fully automatic machine. So we attach the conveyor to the end of the packing line. Along the packing line we also do the filling, sealing, capping and labeling operations. The conveyor then transfers the bottles to Shrink Pack. At this point we should group the bottles. For example, in three rows of four to have a bunch of twelve. In a fully automatic machine this classification is performed by itself. But in the semi-automatic type, manpower does it. It then pulls the nylon around the bottles. After this step, it directs them into the thermal tunnel. At the end of the work, the bottles come out in packages.
